Rental Management One provides a full tenant screening service available to real estate agents and property owners. By completing the application through this link, applicants will receive a comprehensive screening package that includes a full credit report, verified income report synced with PLAID, landlord rental history, and a criminal background check (where permitted by law). The service fee is $65 per applicant. Each applicant owns their reports and may forward the watermarked results directly to their agent or property owner for review. This screening service is offered as an a la carte option separate from Rental Management One’s full property management program. By submitting your information through this site, you authorize Rental Management One to access and share your data for rental screening purposes. Please note, Rental Management One does not make decisions regarding the approval or denial of applicants—those decisions rest solely with the property owner or real estate agent receiving the report.
